Leadership in Challenging Times

I recently ran an event with my colleague Mitzi Wyman, which we dubbed as a Christopher Columbus Day. Its formal title was Leading in Challenging Times and the day focused on leadership in today’s world of uncertainty. Christopher Columbus was an explorer-leader, requiring different skills to the navigator-leader.  The leaders at the event enjoyed discovering unknown talents and some extraordinary acts of courage that their colleagues have performed.  They ended the day charting their qualities,  which they are happy to share with you!
