Clinical Supervision provides clinicians and managers with an opportunity to examine their current practices in detail in order to improve practice, their relationships with clients and staff and ensure that their whole department is performing at a higher level. Supervision can take place either individually or in teams and occurs usually monthly or bi-monthly.
